Find the Connection.

If there is a mantra that I live by, this is it.

I believe that there are always opportunities for connection, finding common ground, and working together in an integrated way towards a shared goal.

I’ve done this in my work connecting bands to their fans, candidates to the right opportunities, employees to company purposes, and companies to a cause.

For over a decade, my focus has been building and leading employer brand teams at B2C tech companies who are going through large transformations—often scaling up.

In 2021, my partner and I co-founded Little Loaf Bakeshop, small-but-growing vegan bakery that focuses on sparking joy, creating connection, and deepening community engagement.

I also serve on the executive board of Lesbians Who Tech, and volunteers as a marketing lead for Work on Climate, a non-profit focused on building the workforce humanity needs to solve climate change equitably and justly.
