Peloton ERG Logo Designs

At Peloton, we had a vibrant ERG community, and needed vibrant, consistent branding to match. At the time, the company had strict brand guidelines around color. Strict, meaning “don’t use color unless it’s Peloton Red.”

Team members would either not be able to represent their ERGs with pride with swag or graphics, or they would go rogue with designs that were far departures from our brand ID.

So, we needed on-brand logos to that also brought to life the dynamic and rich cultures of these communities visually, which meant the introduction of more color. This was the Peloton’s first time using colors outside of the brand colors of red, black, grey, and white…at least in this iteration of the brand.

As for my role in this, my team and I drove the project—including the needs assessment, design briefing, to ERG feedback sessions, and internal/external roll-out strategy.
